We are working on expanding our scope by increasing community services, hiring staff, and promoting community collaboration.
We are in process of becoming a registered nonprofit with IRS Section 501(c)(3) status.
Our annual budget is small and since we are in an economic crisis, funding is harder to obtain. While there are plenty of good nonprofits out there doing amazing work, they can’t reach everyone in need. As a group within our community with a social conscience, we plan on taking the idea of people helping people one step further.
Bay Minette Civic Club, Inc. would like to expand its mission, by becoming an organization that provides service to the community on a day to day basis. We would like to work closely helping children and families within our community by providing better access, expanding services, and collaborating with other area nonprofits and community organizations.
Our goal is to connect with small local organizations and people who aren’t always reached by the efforts of large agencies, and provide assistance and services directly to them.
With your help, BMCC can hire an Executive Director, become operational daily, and increase the services, programs, and activities available to our service areas.
We may not be able to help a million people, or even a thousand people, but we can help 100, or 250, or who knows? Maybe 500 next year.
All donors will be recognized on our website, newsletter and other media coverage, thanking them in promoting the growth of our organization and helping the citizens of this area.
GOAL: $40,000.
Once we receive our IRS Section 501(c)(3) status, we will set up a PayPal account on our website so supporters can easily donate online.

For those who choose not to donate at this time, but would like to have monthly updates of our club’s progress, we now offer a $35.00 Non-Participating Membership. In choosing this option, you will receive a newsletter monthly as to the progress of the BMCC and the services we are providing.
This is a very big undertaking and adventure for our club, and we need your help to be a success for the people of this area.
Donations $250 and over will be tax deductible once we receive our 501(c)(3) status.
